I am having issues with not always getting emails, specifically gmail. Text and calls are no issues. Can anyone tell me if whether nor not they are having the same type of issue? Fitbit admitted last night that they are having issues with gmail. Ridiculous for a 300 dollar unit.

i am experiencing the same issue, i dont get any gmail notification on my ionic. im using a samsung s8

I've got the same issue, but it's the price to pay as an 'early adopter'. We get to beta test the device so bugs can be ironed out!

 

Other than that, and the syncing issues, it's shaping up to be a good device.

You have to create another email, say in Yahoo for example, than go back to
gmail and have your emails forwarded, making certain that you also receive
a copy of it back in gmail. Any email you get moving forward will of course
go to both. Don't forget to change your notifications on your fitbit to the
yahoo email.
