Force time zone switch??

I have a different time zone on my computer than my phone for reasons I won't get into here. When I downloaded the Fitbit app to try and transfer music to my Ionic on my PC, it switched my Fitbit over to JST. I deleted the app, and I re-synced with my iPhone app. However, even though my iPhone is set to Pacific Time, the Ionic won't switch back to PT - it remains in JST. 

 

Any workarounds?

Nevermind - I found I could set my profile to set the time zone manually to override this. Thanks!
