Ionic error when connecting it with my phone

I have a new fitbit ionic and a huawei p smart. I get an error message when linking my fitbit with my phone. This error message indicates that the device cannot pair because it may have been reported missing or a replacement warranty may have been issued. Can anyone help?

Thanks for reporting the issues with your Ionic, this is not a common error message when trying to connect Fitbit devices. Fitbit is always trying to provide great products and customer experience. In this case, I've requested to our support team to create a ticket on your behalf. You should soon receive an email from them.
