Ionic face came off completely

This is my second fit bit in the last 2.5 years. 1st one HR Charge the piece that held the charger cracked an came off. Then I got an ionic for Christmas 2017 and yesterday morning I woke up with the face of the watch separated from the watch. Now it will not charge at all. Has anyone else had this issue.?
