Has anyone else experienced their physical screen/face pop off their Ionic? This is the 2nd one I’ve had and the screen is starting to pop up from the base. My first one was replaced under warranty foe the same reason, although I think my warranty may be up on this 2nd one... Seems like a manufacturing defect though!

Do you remember when you got it, @Allroadchiver? Also, are you in the US or outside the US? I have heard that there's a limited warranty for all Fitbit products but that it differs by the country you're in.

@DramaQueenDiva gosh i cant remember... I think it was 2019. I’m based in the US. I did send a message to support to see if they can look it up and see if i’m still under warranty.
