Just wondering if anyone has had an issue with the background on the face breaking down starting with white lines and then breaking down to where the face display turns all white. I've had to replace two watches already and on my third. I keep wondering if it's just my luck or it's a real problem.

Thanks,

Eddiepete

Have you tried restarting your device by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs (until you see the fitbit logo), to see if that fixes the issue?

Oh yeah, I did all of those things to both watches, the pixels on the face just broke down and I had them replaced. It was a good thing that I had an extended warranty, I just hope that this new one holds up

Have you contacted Fitbit?

Why yeah, I’ve even sent them pictures of the distorted watch faces and after several emails back and forth and using my extended warranty they just sent me a new one. The question that I asked was if anyone else had this problem with their ionic watch face ?

Are you using fitbit watch faces or 3rd party?

Questioning as you have had 2 replaced. Have you tried other watch faces before getting it replaced?

The first watch’s face is totally white and blank and the second one has several vertical lines in it that it is almost unreadable. It’s the screen on the face that’s breaking down
