With an ionic factory reset, does the account need to be deleted and then reset? I did a reset on the tracker, but am having problems with setup. Thanks 😊

Hi @Tao3, welcome to the community.
No you don't need to delete your account to perform a factory reset.
Have you tried going into your phones Bluetooth settings and also unpairing your Ionic from there? Try the setup process again and see if it works now.
