Im so mad. My ionic died and the reset doesnt even work. Im just 3 months out the warranty and fitbit just wants to give me a discount coupon that just expires in 30 days. Ive heard a lot of ionics are dying right after the warranty expires but yet they keep rolling out new products. Ive been a customer almost since day 1 and Ive never been so annoyed as I am now
Best AnswerWelcome to the club.... with tax I spent $459.00 CDN on my Ionic for it to fail 15 months after purchase. I don’t think I own any other devices that on average cost $30 per month to operate. I get it that Fitbit has policies in place for a reason, but whe hundreds of ionic are failing-without a reason, without a fix and without a solution-then there is a problem that they should fix.
Best AnswerIkr. Im in Canada too. Warranty expired Janurary. I vow to keep blasting about it on all their social media. Leaving customers in the dust for a bad product is horrible business senss
I’m with you!
