I had the Charge HR2 for a whike with one issue that was taken care of, my wife has the blaze and had an issue that was taken care of. I now have an issue with this $300 Ionic and I'm told I'D HAVE TO SEND IT IN GROUND SHIPPING AND WAIT FOR THEM TO GET IT, PROCESS IT AND THEN SEND ME ANOTHER IONIC! (Prob a week or so without it) CS is telling me that THEY DO NOT REPLACE THE IONIC UNLESS THEY HAVE THE OLD BROKEN ONE IN THEIR WAREHOUSE 1ST!!! THIS IS TERRIBLE!!! (The screen is blank! It doesn't turn on unless its plugged in)

@KingJW, so sorry that all of your problems were taken care of with previous trackers, but now you are unhappy with their handling of the Ionic. I, though, can understand them wanting to verify your Ionic is bad before sending you another one. Seems reasonable business decision to me considering the cost of the unit.

Hi. I’m sorry to hear that you the Fitbit support let you down. For balance, I also had an issue and emailed the support people at Fitbit and I found their response to be reasonably quick, well thought out, logical and eventually successful in resolving my problem. Maybe I was just lucky but I have no complaint with the support for the Ionic.

If thats the case, why don't they send it with a return label OR email me an over night label to expedite the shipping? Lets be real, this unit costs fitbit no more than about $25 - $40 in a factory in China IF THAT! Worry about the cost?? Yeah right! THE ONLY SOLUTION IS TO SEND IT BACK STANDARD SHIPPING OR FOR ME TO PAY TO HAVE IT OVERNIGHTED! AGAIN, TERRIBLE!

Hi there! It is always awfull when we buy a gadget and it does not work. But again with electronics it seems there is this risk!
Last year I bought an iPhone 7, I was thrilled but the first morning it crashed! I had to wait three weeks to get a replacement.. (I live in Greece not in the US!). But I love my iPhone nevertheless.
I own the ionic for two months and it works perfectly. I had an issue with not recognizing Greek, I send an email to support and they replied in just six hours!
I think if you will wait you will enjoy it in the end!
