It with a heavy heart that I must leave the Fitbit family. I started with the Surge to help me with my diabetes of which was great success however the bands kept breaking but I believed in the company so much so that I bought the scale and watches for family members I switched to the blaze and then the ionic.The blaze and Ionic had charging issues and software issues. My Ionic was just over a year old.I can’t keep buying a new watch every 2 years and the only help that was offered was a discount on watches that I didn’t want..So because of this I’m now looking at the Apple Watch at least the warranty is better. Keep strong my Fitbit family during these troubling times and I’m eternally grateful for all your help and support .

I’m not sure as to why you’ve decided to now get back to me...As I’ve stated already I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on the Fitbit brand .The ionic was over three hundred dollars and lasted just over a year I contacted the Fitbit team when I started having charging issues , Fitbit told me that I was outside the warranty period and offered me a small discount on watches that I didn’t want . I love the Fitbit community and it’s was with a heavy heart that I decided to go with the Apple watch but at least now I have the peace of mind knowing that if it breaks that Apple stands behind there products and because I purchased it at Costco and if in the first 90 days I’m not satisfied I can return it for a full refund and during these hard financial times I’ve got to be careful with how I budget for curtain items ..Thank you for getting back me and I wish you all the best during these troubling times...D.Simpson
