My first ionic fitbit just stopped charging and no longer turns on. I got a new ionic because I like the style. Well, that one also has issues and does not stay on long enough to sync on my phone. It needs an update but unavailable to sync. A fitbit supervisor emailed me a response for a discount on a new device. I've already paid too much for two defective products. It's unbelievable how a fitbit can't last at least 5 years.
