I had been using fitbit ionic for almost 2 years
i had to replace the 2, i purchased1 for me and the other for my wife as both suddenly dead , one within 3 months and replaced by same model and the other one after one year and this time i learned the lesson and replaced it by Apple watch lately i discard mine and go fir Huawei GT2.
The worst part is that although many customers all over the world request to support Arabic language there is no real action, this for me mean neglecting ur customer which suppose to be the reasons why u still exist in the market.
I will never recommend u to anyone. Company not caring about their customers needs doesn’t deserve to remain in the market.

For the third time the my fitbit ionic which i had replaced before stop measuring pulse and steps, i contacted one of ur representative online and was very disappointed by his service to me
i remembered that i had replaced it before and still i had one month of my warranty, i contacted my distributer who test it and confirmed that the sensor had something in it and so u can replace it with new one, i said NO MORE fitbit
now i can leave ur company and i am happy for this leaving and advising any one never ever purchase from company that didn't respect their arabic customer and has a very poor product
