Ionic firmware and connection issues

Updated Ionic yesterday, bar on screen run upto 90% and then became stuck for hours.

Upon reboot Ionic stops on fitbit logo screen until battery is down.

Recharged and tried factory reset (all buttoms presses at once) it is again stuck on fitbit logo screen until battery is down.

Bluetooth seems to be off as ionic isn’t found by mobile - no BT connection possible.

Tried to add/setup Ionic into fitbit App (v3.44) with other mobile – no success. Device not found although fully charged and connected to power supply. BT on mobile on but not connecting to Ionic.

 

Any helping ideas are welcome

Interesting how annoyed moderator is lowering severity of eye-catching subjects on posts.

Instead of spending some nice words of sympathy I would expect !professional support! and a !culture of taking responsibility!

You have all contacts you need to send me a problem resolving note. But rather answer to community 

 

Meanwhile the fitbit logo not lits up any more on Ionic and it seem to be not rechargable
