Ionic firmware update not found

I have seen all of these posts about the newest firmware update for the ionic (31.1.16) but I have no option to update my device. I know it didn't automatically update because the firmware version is 27.31.1.16. I realize the numbers are very similar but does that 27 make a difference?

Hi @Mchsxbabe,

Sounds like you're already on the current version of the firmware. The "27" shows up in some places and not others.

Usually for an update, you'll see a banner at the top of the fitbit app.

You have the newest update. In the phone App it says 31.1.16 and on the watch 27.31.1.16.
