Ionic freezing screen

My phone time to time ,about once in two weeks period ,just freezing , screen not respond .can see just a time..and that’s longs for about 3-7 hours

@Keitiks Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

Sorry for the delayed reply. It's pretty weird that your Ionic's screen is freezing every two weeks or so. I would like you to restart your Ionic and continue checking if it doesn't freeze after doing it.
