My Fitbit ionic get off and I plugged charger but it does not working, I did the update couple days ago I am not sure what happened if before of the update was working Ok.

When you update your Ionic, it needs to be plugged because it can drain your battery, therefore, I would like you like to try the troubleshooting in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
