Ionic get off and doesn't work

My Fitbit ionic get off and I plugged charger but it does not working, I did the update couple days ago I am not sure what happened if before of the update was working Ok.

@liz19 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

When you update your Ionic, it needs to be plugged because it can drain your battery, therefore, I would like you like to try the troubleshooting in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
