Ionic gives basic sleep data and won't track heart rate correctly

Since 26/4/21 my Fitbit has stopped tracking correctly.

I DOES track my sleep, but I only get basic sleep information. I can get no additional sleep information, nor any health analytics. My HR hasn't synced since then either. I am a premium member so use this all quite a lot.

Everything else is syncing OK..

The green light still shows on the back, I have tried restarting the device, and it has the latest firmware.

I believed it could be a hardware issue, but reading the threads in here I don't seem to be the only one...?

Update - the HR won't track past 89. Looks like a mechanical fault. Its over a year old so I'm guessing that's me having to bin it. Disappointing.
