Hello - i was a happy Ionic wearer until a few weeks ago.
The story begins with my Ionic running out of charge whilst at work. I get home, put it on charge and nothing!
I have tried the suggested hard reset - 3 buttons then 2 wait for the vibrate and it'll reset itself again - it doesn't! All that appears is the Fitbit logo and nothing else. It vibrates when i plug the charge into it so i knows its charging.I have have tried this process at least 50 times so far - i think i have to face facts: Its a gonna!
What else can i do? Seems to be a very common issue. I don't want to go elsewhere for a sports watch but.............
HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP ME PLEASE!

Hi Dippa
Please be prepared for either a 10% voucher, or to be sent another broken one and then told to quite literally "Jog On" but not in the keep fit kind way I'm afraid.
Good luck though. The millions of disgruntled ex-Ionic owners are crossing our fingers for you.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Dippa15. It’s good to see you in the community, @Rich-56.
@Rich-56 Thank you for your input.
@Dippa15 Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling about this situation and recommend connecting your watch to the charging cable and setting it up to your Fitbit account:
1. Make sure your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version: How do I update the Fitbit app?
2. Restart your phone and open the Fitbit app.
3. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
4. Tap Set Up a Device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
Hope this helps.
