I first noticed an issue when my Fitbit stopped vibrating and the touch screen wasn’t responding. I opened my app to see if it needed to sync, it didn’t help. I then, restarted, turned off AND restarted again (all while charging) before just factory resetting it. I’m now having a hard time connecting my iPhone to the ionic. I opened my app to see there was a new update (it had not shown up when I first started having this problem) but I tried just connecting it but it won’t go past “ pairing device” I then deleted the ionic from my account to start fresh. It won’t connect at all. I’m starting to get frustrated with all of this. Is there any way to fix this?

Welcome to the Community @RainbowLemon! I appreciate the details that you've mentioned as well for the troubleshooting that you've tried.
Sorry to hear about the issues that you're experiencing with your Ionic, I'll be happy to help you with this.
It sounds like your Ionic turned on again but you're having trouble setting it up. I would like you to try the steps mention on this article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?. If your watch has been set up but it's not syncing then try this troubleshooting.
Keep me posted! I'll be around.
