I just bought the new Fitbit Ionic. I have downloaded the Mac version, since I have an old MacIntosh. The OS version is 10.11. I pressed the "Set Up a New Fitbit Device" square. Years ago I had a Fitbit device, but I lost it. So I pressed the "Existing User" square. I put in my email address and password. It then had me look at my profile. I didn't make any changes. The next screen is "Tell us about yourself". I am stuck on this screen. The timer circle has been going round and round for an hour now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I called Fitbit this morning. I was told I could not do the setup on my Mac. So I was shown how to do it on my cell phone. Took about an hour. She was very patient with me. I am fairly competent on a computer, but not so on a cell phone. Thanks to all.

Hi @duronron, I'm not familiar with the Apple system, but when you get that screen, are there any prompts for you to fill anything out? If there are, please fill them out.
