Ionic goes from full charge to empty in seconds

Hi,

my ionic started playing up. 

Fully charge it up, when plugged in, it’s switched on etc. As soon as you unplug it, it shows 0% battery!

tried soft reset, hard reset and updating the firmware. No luck, for some reason it won’t fully load new firmware. 

Anyone got any suggestions?
