Ionic goes to different screens by itself

My Fitbit ionic continues to go to the pin screen and credit card pay screen without prompting which affects the battery life but also risks my security of my credit card. It has only just started doing this and does it several times a minute.

Hi @rbrodie, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen issue that your Fitbit Ionic has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.

Yes it is true that I was ably assisted via the chat and their skill and patience was helpful. But sadly for me the problem still exists as I believe it to be a hardware issue now that I have gone through the whole reboot and reload process. I will need to resolve the issue through Fitbit support now standing behind their product with a replacement watch as it does not function the way it should anymore.
