Ionic has black screen and won't set up

Morning 

Please can you help me

 

My ionic suggested it needed updating 

As It wasn't syncing from what i normally do ( had watch 2 years) so uninstalled etc

 

To have the pairing it gives 4 number code. But the watch isn't showing this number for me to input

 

Its a blank screen 

 

I know i reported other issues previously about not all details showing when I'm running but it hasnt been a big concern but now i can't pair my phone to the watch as i can't unlock as i need this 4 digit number 

 

Please advise
