Phantom vibrations, that is vibrations a person feels when not wearing a device or when a device is not actually vibrating usually oruginate within the person. Not the device .this is common with phone users. Many feel vibrations in their pocket. even when the phone is not there .

Let's look at Web Md or wikipedia

Welcome to the Community @halfmoon! Just wanted to add something else to what @Rich_Laue mentioned. Your Ionic will also vibrate for other reasons and not just for notifications, check the following:

- Alarms set on your watch
- Your main goal met
- When you activate the timer
- If you have the latest firmware version and you press and hold the back button it will vibrate as well

If you can provide us with more details about these phantom vibrations, that would be great so we can provide you with the best troubleshoot.

Keep me posted! Robot Happy

Nope. That's definitely not it.

Today my watch started making vibrations as if for a notification, but there are no new notifications. It wasn't just me feeling them because I took my watch off and set it on my desk for a bit and the watch vibrated, making noise since it was resting on the desk. No new notifications. No alarm. No goal met. Just random vibration.

@nanaroo Welcome back to the Community. Thanks for checking the information posted above.

I would like you to restart your Ionic and confirm if your Ionic is only vibrating and not showing anything on the screen. Is it randomly vibrating everyday?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
