Ionic has short range when syncing with bluetooth wireless headset

Has anyone else had difficulties getting a wireless headphone to sync over any length?  I have a Jarv Bluetooth headset and it streams music if my watch is close enough to the headset.  So if I am doing a run it does fairly well, but if I am walking where my arm is down it cuts out.  Is it the Headset or is it my Jarv device?

@Lasertop It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for sharing what you're experiencing with your Ionic.

I would like you to confirm you're putting your Ionic on the other wrist preferably the same side as the receiver on the headphones.

Let me know the outcome. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Hmm, that is an excellent question, I had not thought of that, I wear it on my left wrist since I am Right handed but looking at my headset I am assuming the receiver is actually on the right since that is the side with the on and off button.  Maybe next time I do a run I will try and wear it on my right wrist to see if that makes a difference.  What is the usual distance that the Ionic should be able to connect from, I would have assumed it would be more than a couple feet?

Thanks.

@Lasertop Thank you for getting back.

Please try it out and let me know the outcome. The usual distance for your Ionic and headphones to connect properly should be the same as syncing, which is 20 feet.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
