Ionic has stopped suddenly

Good afternoon,

Today suddenly my Ionic turn off form 47% battery. I put it in charge using several USB ports but it has not charged at all (I have left in each one for more than one hour). I have also tried in a plug using the connection for my mobile phone and the first time it appears in the screen 0% battery but then it disappeared and did not charge.

I have tried the factory reset and did not work either. Then sensors do not show any reaction either.

Anyone has any idea how to solve this? The Ionic was bought in May 2019, so it should be still ok for a £200 pounds watch...

I’m the same. I’ve been doing the resets as the answers tell us to, which is straight off wrong to make us do several times a day just to make a watch work, but this time not even that is working and basically have a £200 pound watch that is not working and now I’m feeling like an idiot spending that much on any sort Of watch!  Which I would never have spent on a normal watch. Plus I  paying for premium and now not getting anything for it! But I’ve been a fit it user for years yet this seems bad and that I’ve wasted my money and may never get this fixed. I guess I need to check how long I’ve had this iconic but even if it’s out of warranty it feels unfair to spend this amount of money on something/ a company I love and trust - only to have this watch die on me and lose £200 in what feels like a short space of time . Even a pair of £30 shoes would last longer!

Anyone has any idea about how to solve this? Or is the watch dead?
