Out of the blue, my Ionic has just played up and stopped working.
it kept flashing some spurious screen of data and then shut down.
ive tried to charge it and connect via app, and also tried the reset as per official instructions.
When I did the reset, the Fitbit symbol appeared on the screen, but then disappeared and watch is now dead.
anybody else had this issue please?
