I am not sure anyone else has had a problem from the beginning with this Fitbit but I am
over it.
Use my lock code can’t use my Fitbit pay and my alarm won’t sound called support no fix
can’t get my music to sync
can’t be in challenges with different time zones but other watches seem
to do this with no problem
now it won’t sync correctly with people in the same time zone
the reason I stuck with Fitbit it because
of the challenges and it was motivation for me but now it doesn’t even do that correctly.
Time to sell this piece of junk because they don’t seem to correct anything quickly. I have been dealing with this since before
Thanksgiving 2017. I am one to give it a try I have owned three other
types and have never had a problem such as what I am
experiencing. Very disappointed in the IT software or whatever.
