Last week my Ionic lost track of the time and date. Right now it’s 11:22PM on 8/17/20 but my Ionic says it’s 6:49 AM on 8/15/20. I’ve synced numerous times and I even let the battery run down to zero this weekend. Nothing seems to fix it. Doesn’t record my sleep either.
Help!

@DanNH A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.
Based in what you mentioned, it seems that your Ionic isn't syncing to your account and that's why it's not showing the correct time and date please try this syncing troubleshooting.
Once it has synced it should show your sleep information.
Let me know how the troubleshooting goes. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
