Ionic hasn't synced for a week

I have been having trouble with syncing my Ionic for the last week now and don't know what to do. I have tried leaving my Ionic beside my phone whilst charging but that hasn't worked. I am now in a situation where the past week of progress is completely blank. Any suggestions?

Have you tried restarting your Ionic, @dara_mcgettrick? Instructions are here. This will normally fix a myriad of issues. Please let us know if it sets things right for you.

Check for both Fitbit App and if using a phone, phone updates .then try a restart of the device the app is on. 

 

Please also supply the type of device you is used to sync your tracker @dara_mcgettrick you have both an android and iOS user that are happy to help out .

It is an android phone and in the Fitbit app there is a firmware update
which is not working.

I have tried this and it doesn't work. There is also a firmware update in
the Fitbit app which is not working. By the way my phone is android
