Ionic heart sensor stopped working

My Ionic watch heart rate stopped working and the light stopped flashing. I restarted, formated, shut down the watch and reconnected but couldnt fix the issue. I request for a replacement watch

As @Odyssey13, mentioned, Ionic has voluntarily been recalled and we're no longer providing support for this device. Please contact our team for more information about Ionic refund, visit our web page at help.fitbit.com/ionic.

Hi @Majb7070 there are no replacements as the Ionic is under a voluntary recall. Click for more information
