I can't get it to sync up

Sorry @Iquit I'm not sure which type of device your trying to sync through? 

 

Has this Ionic already been setup to your account?

 

I'm not sure if your having problems syncing or setting up the tracker.

It will no longer sync to my phone. I tried restarting my phone, taking off the Fitbit app and reinstalling it, and restarting my ionic. My ionic is currently fully charged, but the time is off. The Fitbit app says last charge date Aug.14. The cursor spins around, I get a message saying "sync update will update shortly". It's as if it's not recognizing the Bluetooth.

May I ask what phone you have?

Have you tried a restart of the tracker?

Turning the phones Bluetooth off/on?

Restarted the phone?

Removing the Ionic from the list of Bluetooth devices on the phones Bluetooth?
