New Ionic & it’s driving me crazy.. All notifications on ( iPhone 7) I’m not getting sms messages & txt messages are random. No emails & sleep app only worked for first 3 nights & now that is v random in when it starts logging my sleep. Agh !!!

Reset the whole thing, got mine as from Christmas and it works just fine, make sure you enabled the notifications on the smartphone/ desktop app / application.

You can factory reset it by going into Ionic settings>about>factory reset.Im sure you don’t need to.Soft reset by holding down the left button and lower right button together for about 10 seconds.
