Ionic is dead

My ionic is completely dead. I fully charged it and updated some stats a few hours ago and now noticed it isn’t working at all. The screen is blank and the sensors on the back aren’t working either. Have tried to reset it but nothing is happening, I don’t know what else to do

Mine did the same thing yesterday. Seems like a lot of people are having the same issues.

Mine did the same thing.  All they would do is offer a 40% discount on a new one saying mine is out of warranty.  Just got it 2/23/18
