The last couple of days my Ionic is counting all my exercises twice. Saturday I should have had 7000+ steps and I had over 14,000. Ditto today. I had to go in and delete the extra activity.

Maybe settings for your dominant arm have changed, or have you switched wrists recently?

It’s good to see you in the community, @orracle and @SunsetRunner.
@SunsetRunner Thank you for your efforts to help.
@orracle Thanks for the details shared in your post. I appreciate your efforts and recommend confirming if you have another tracker or MobileTrack paired to your Fitbit account. This can result in extra steps and I recommend removing them from your Fitbit account if you're not using them:
1. Open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap the image of the device you want to remove, then scroll to the bottom and tap the option to remove the device.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to remove the device from your account.
For more information, see How do I remove a Fitbit device from my account?
Hope this helps.

Not the issue. I have a One that I use when the Ionic is charging but this happens when I am far out of range for the One.This morning I logged a run. And on my way home (in the car) I got a notification I had hit my goal for the day--it showed a walk and a run. This has been happening for a week now.
