Ionic is going mental

Hi everyone! I've tried resetting, deleted Fitbit twice and reinstalled; contacted customer service which just made me do all the things I'd already done and I should add she seemed like she wanted to clear the chat 😡 gave me a reference number but didn't tell me what to do with it. I'm seriously fed up, I've been trying to get this watch fixed for 3 days straight

It's dying. Callibration warning, a red X with a circle keeps returning and
calibration will not work, update won't go away on the app on my phone,
won't register any activity, isn't holding any charge, says the sensors
are covered when they are not and I've factory reset it 2 times and shut it
down several times as well as uninstalling the app on the phone several
times. I just don't know what else to do 😭
