Ionic is losing time due to syncing issues

My ionic keeps losing time. I have difficulty syncing it. Have 're started it reinstalled fitbit app, switched on and off blue tooth. What else can I Do?

Hi, that's the same problem I have. It started after I did am update. It's now useless. Fitbit have broken my watch!!

Hi Ricardo, thanks for your message. Ben at customer support was very helpful and assisted me with a factory 're set. Unfortunately since doing this the watch has stopped completely and won't even switch on. I don't know what to do next. I am so disappointed as I loved my fitbit ionic. I bought it in good faith a year ago and now it looks like I'll have to bin it.
