Ionic is not recording SpO2

My Sp02 isn't recording and is telling me to download the same watchface that is already downloaded. I see others are having the same issue. any updates?

Please restart your Ionic as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page which explains how to track SpO2 with your Fitbit device.

 

Finally, monitor your Fitbit device and see if the issue gets fixed.

Ionic reset as the nstructed but spO2 has not reappeared on the App. Still requesting spO2 clockface download
