Ionic is not syncing exercise on Fitbit app

Hello again. My ionic (second Ionic - you remember the first one died after I took it swimming but it took you three months to believe me) is no longer synching exercise. Its showing on the web dash but not on the phone and then of course doesn't link to strava. Dear Fitbit. please can we call it quits now and you give me my money back so I can go and buy something that works. Please?

Hey there @Jillyholli, thanks for stopping by! Sorry to hear about the inconveniences you've been having with your Fitbit Ionic. 

If you're not seeing your exercises on the Fitbit app, I'd recommend doing the following:

• Make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date (iOS, Android)
• Log out of your Fitbit app
• Force quit the app
• Turn off the Bluetooth
• Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
• Turn on the Bluetooth
• Log back into your Fitbit app

On the other hand, if your Fitbit is not syncing to Strava, try to unlink the connection from both sides then link the accounts again.

1. Log in to your fitbit.com dashboard
2. Click the gear icon on the top right corner
3. Click "Settings"
4. Click "Applications" on the left side
5. Click "Revoke Access" under the "Fitbit + Strava" app
6. Go to http://strava.fitbit.com/ and click "Connect" and follow the rest of the prompts to finish reconnecting your Fitbit and Strava accounts

And please do not forget that the following types of activities won't sync to Strava:

• Non-GPS activities 
• Previously completed activities
• Duplicate activities—that is, if you already recorded an activity with Strava, a Fitbit activity that occurs at the same time won't sync.

This process does not work, I am still unable to synchronize my workouts, floors, distance and calories synchronize just fine.
