Hi, I have a brand new Ionic but every morning when I go to sync it (3rd morning now) it won’t connect and drops in and out of Bluetooth. Very frustrated. The only way it work is to completely reset it, which means I lose sleep data and is a real pain. This should not be happening with a brand new, 3 day old watch. What’s going on and why is it happening? So I need a replacement?
