Bought a Fitbit iconic last day, this is my first ever smart band. So I am worried about quite a few things. Data leaks are quite common these days, right? Last day at work we had a session on "How easy is it to track you?" by our IT security services company. They talked about fitness bands and how easy their data can be compromised.
So I have a few questions. Who can all access the location data of my device? How secure is my data? What are the measures taken by the company to secure my data?

@lindabrown123 the data transferred to between your tracker and the Fitbit server is encrypted.
If it is any help, the open source community has been tried to decrypt it for a couple of years and gave up.

Im curious as to end link you are referring to @Alicat2104, the only ones in this thread are to a Fitbit document and a couple of profiles.
