Fitbit, I have used your products thinking it is the best in class but the number of issues I had to deal with since I brought the Ionic in Oct have been numerous.
The most recent one is while I left my ionic for charging I started observing that it has been in a loop displaying the logo and then a blank screen... Looking through the forums I see this has been a known issue even in 2018 So it is really disappointing to see the issue still resurface... dont you do sufficient testing for your devices?
I tried following the options to reboot the device but to no avail, also removed the device from the App and it is seems that Fitbit is loosing its edge in the quality of the products they release
