Ionic is stuck on Fitbit logo

My icon is stuck on logo, and flashes logo flashes, I have tried pressing back button does nothing, how do I fix it

Restarting the fitbit was a good thing to try but for the Ionic you need to press and hold the left and bottom right buttons for around 10 seconds.

 

If you've tried that without success then I think your best option would be to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com

@Neilburgess Thank you for the information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. At this time, I was able to see that you tried to contact our Support Team through chat, but it got disconnected. If you still need further assistance, I recommend trying to contact them one more time, it can be either through chat or over the phone, but phone wait times have been longer than normal, so I recommend initialing a chat.
