Im not getting updates on my fitbit ionic I've tried everything and my ionic is synced to my phone and computer but it wont give me an update even when i check for updates it says that it has the latest update but when i check the fitbit site the latest update is version 27.68.9.15. Im trying to download spotify but i cant because i dont have the latest update and the only thing i didnt try is to factory reset my ionic ... help please!

In order to download Spotify to your Fitbit Ionic, you will need to install the latest firmware version. Since you're not seeing the banner, it might be because Fitbit started rolling out the 4.1 and as soon as this version is available for you, you'll be able to update your watch. 

 

As a side note, keep your app updated to confirm you get the firmware update.
