Went for a swim today but now my ionic is vibrating almost constantly. I’ve done a restart as well as the charging several of the posts mentioned ... with no avail. Is my next step customer support or?

I'd try a Factory reset (settings app on Ionic and scroll down to About) before you contact Support (link in my signature), but it sounds as if you will need to contact them
