Ionic won't connect to one plus two properly

Hi, 

I got an ionic watch today and it won't connect to my one plus 2 properly. I had to set up it up using my brothers one plus 5 in order for the fit bit to update and actually work. It syncs my fitness data but won't let me change any of the clock faces or add wallet etc. The website says fitbits are compatible with one plus 1s? Can someone tell me when the OnePlus 2 will be compatible and why my brothers one plus 5 works fine? Or provide a solution in order to get my fitbit ionic to work with my one plus 2?

As you are aware, the one plus2 isnt on the Supported Devices List

 Phones not on the list can work - some work very well, while others dont work at all. The reason is to do with the phones set up and not something that can be just fixed usually. So why your 2 doesnt work and you brothers 5 does? No idea. 

Fitbit wont say what phones they are working on Im afraid - it is just wait and see (which can be pretty frustrating)
