I have the same problem that just started about four days ago. ionic Fitbit
Intermittently will buzz or vibrate. I have reset the app on my phone. I have reset my Fitbit. I have deleted apps and reinstalled them. I have changed the watch face. I have stopped wearing the watch to bed because it’s constantly buzzing. I can’t get thru my workouts because it’s constantly interrupting my work outs. I have disabled the notifications feature and it’s still buzzing. I have the latest software update of the watch. And sometimes it just locks in the setting mode and won’t let me go to any of the features on the watch. I don’t know what else to do! It’s incredibly frustrating. I’ve stopped wearing my Fitbit.

I am having the same issue. Have had this for about a year. Powered off, factory reset and changed the clock face. Still having the same issue. What else can I do?

Yes, I had the same problems. It would freeze in the exercise mode. I did the same, factory reset, new clock faces, etc....I didn't buy the extended warranty but I still reached out to FITBIT. Maybe they can help you. It seems to be a problem with the watch. My friend also had the problem but it happened within the warranty period and FITBIT replaced it the watch. Good Luck

True, it’s on going problem with the watch. They haven’t addressed it and basically ignored it. Fortunately, the market is so big now with fitness watches that people have lots of other options. I just don’t understand why FItbit won’t back their product with a 100% guarantee especially with it having such problems. Once the warranty runs out, that’s it. Too bad, I liked their watches but have moved on.
