@Collettec A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for getting in touch about this.

I appreciate that you've checked that your notifications are turned on. I would like you to confirmed that your watch isn't set to "Do Not Disturb" or "Sleep Mode" this will avoid that you receive notifications even though they are turned on. Learn more about it by checking this article: How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

If it's not then please confirm you've done this procedure to properly set your notifications.

Let me know how the troubleshooting goes. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

I have same problem - until recently the name of the person phoning was displayed - now it only says "VIEW" for all calls

@Lawson77 Hi there. Thank you for letting me know what you're experiencing when receiving notifications.

I'd like you to restart your Ionic, remove it from Bluetooth settings and set your notifications again. Also, you may want to verify that your settings are properly set in your Fitbit app.

Let me know how it goes.
