Ionic isn't updating and getting a clock error

No matter what WiFi I use or even if I choose blue tooth my Fitbit ionic will not update. It gets part way through the process and quits. I then have an issue that says clock error please choose another clock. I have gone through this several times. I can hold all 3 buttons and my watch will reset but I still can’t use the steps because it won’t uodate my watch and the steps are completely inaccurate.

Welcome to the Community @Thecoop! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned.

It's pretty weird that you're getting a clock error message and your Ionic isn't updating. I would like you to restart your watch and then change the clock face to one from Fitbit.

After this, try updating the firmware update and if you're unable to do it then try the steps on this article: Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

If your Ionic isn't syncing please try this procedure: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Let me know how it goes!
