My ionic keeps continuously counting steps even when on the dresser charging, isnt keeping track of my heart rate and battery life use to take a week to get low is now about dead after 8 hrs. I have unpaired it to my phone the Fitbit app, factory reset twice , reinstalled twice and turned it off and on several times and it still does it.
